The Story
Why this exists at all.
The Backstory
Ten years ago I was the man you are now, running a different flavor of the same proving loop. I'd built businesses. I was winning on paper. Underneath I was bleeding out. My marriage was silently fracturing. My body was breaking down. I had nothing left to prove to anyone and I couldn't stop trying to prove it anyway.
The Journey
In 2018 everything I'd built caught fire at the same time. I lost the businesses. I lost the house. I slept in my car in a parking lot in Florida and laid concrete pavers by day to eat. A health battle doctors couldn't name started trying to take my leg. I had three conversations with God during that stretch that I can still recall word for word.
The New Opportunity
During those months I started reading Paul's letters the way a starving man reads a menu. Men rebuilding their lives inside Roman pressure. The language Paul used for the work wasn't self-help language. It was Greek. Four words kept coming back. Teleo. Kratos. Andrias. Eudaimonia. I recognized them because I was living through each one in sequence. I wasn't reading a framework. I was reading my own rebuild.
The Framework
Seven months of intentional work on myself, using the four pillars in sequence, and the man who walked out the other side of that season was operating from a different foundation than the one who walked in. I built the Archegos Protocol to compress what took me seven months of pain into a deliberate seven-month intensive for men who didn't want to get to my 2018 before they changed.
What Happened Next
Since then I've built multiple companies. I've coached over 1,000 men through this work across every tier. Founders clearing eight figures, Fortune 500 executives, senior pastors, men who were quietly unraveling while the world told them they were winning. The protocol works at depth because I built it in depth. When I sit across from a man carrying what you're carrying, I see it before he says it. And I have a protocol for dismantling it that's been personally run and personally watched a thousand times.
